Q. Will I be
able to get my own domain name?
A. Yes. You can select a domain name of your choice, subject to its
availability. Your website will be published to your own domain name.
Q. I already have a domain name registered. Can I use it?
A. yes. You can use an existing domain name by simply updating the name
server information. Details are provided on signing up. You can also
contact support to assist you in this.

Will I get email accounts for my domain name?
A. Yes. You will be able to create your own email accounts like
you@yourdomain.com.
Q. Will I be able to download my emails in my favorite email client
like Outlook, Eudora etc?
A. Yes. You will be provided with
configuration settings to download and manage your emails from desktop
applications like Outlook, Eudora etc.
Q. What is the turnaraound time for my website?
A. Normal turnaround time is 3-5 days. We do work weekends. Getting proper
content, images (photos) and pertinent information helps speed up design
turnaround.
Q. Can work be done via the internet?
A. Yes, this is the preferred way of handling projects. This cuts down on
sending file via snail mail, which saves time and money. I post 5 minutes
after each design is completed.

How long will it take for my paysite to be designed?
A. This will vary depending on the complexity of your order such as
the number of pages, banners, flash additions, etc. On average, a
"typical" tour design will take 3-5 days for completion. Smaller projects,
such as banners and ad pages, usually only take a day or two to complete.
Q. I
already have a website, but it needs some changes. Can you work on it?
A. In most cases, yes. Of course, this is much faster and easier if
you are able to provide us with the original files rather than
requiring us to attempt a re-creation.
Q. Can I add my own music in the
website?
A. Yes. Please note that the music can be
in mp3 format only.
Q. What kind of videos can I add to
my site?
A. You can add any video you want! It
could be an introductory message or anything else you think is appropriate
for your site
Q. How do I shoot the videos?
A. Videos can be shot with Handycams,
Cell Phones or Webcams that are voice enabled.
Q. How do I accept payments for the
products I sell using the store?
A. The store is fully integrated with
PayPal, the industry leading online payment option. All you need to do is
open a free paypal account and start accepting payments (credit cards,
echecks etc) from your site visitors.
Q. How do I know if someone has
purchased a product from my site?
A. You will receive an instant email
notification from Paypal about a purchase made from your site.
Q. How may items
can I have in my store?
A. You can have up to 20 items in your store.
